Extra charge
- If the goods are required to be transported up or down stairs to the delivery location, an additional stair fee will be charged.
- If the building elevator is not operating normally during delivery, the first re-delivery fee will be waived, and the second re-delivery will be charged for one more trip.
Delivery time and range
Our delivery time is 2-5 working days. All deliveries are made by our in-house fleet Monday to Friday and Saturday mornings.
Special arrangements due to bad weather
When the gale signal is hoisted, the red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or the company determines that it is unsafe to deliver goods, the delivery service will be suspended and will be resumed as soon as possible under safe conditions and efforts will be made to minimize delays. However, the original schedule Delivery days may be rescheduled.
