Delivery and Charges
We offer two shipping options: standard delivery and express GoGoVan delivery.
Freight Rate Information

Service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., excluding public holidays.
*Standard Delivery: You will be notified via email when your order is shipped; the actual delivery date is determined by the shipping company and cannot be specified. If we are unable to contact you at the time of delivery, the product will be left outside your unit to ensure timely delivery.
*GoGoVan Express deliveries are made at the vehicleside. The fee does not include delivery upstairs. Customers need to negotiate and pay additional fees with the driver themselves. The amount depends on the weight and volume of the goods. Generally, the driver will charge an additional fee of about $300 to $600.

Special arrangements affected by severe weather
Delivery services will be suspended when a gale signal is hoisted, a red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or when the company determines that the weather conditions are unsafe for delivery. Services will resume as soon as it is safe to do so and efforts will be made to minimize delays. However, the original delivery date may be rescheduled.
