Delivery and Charges
We provide two shipping methods, standard delivery and express GoGoVan delivery.
Freight Charge Information

Service hours are from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
*Standard delivery: If you are unable to reserve time to receive the goods on the delivery day, the product will be placed outside the unit door instead of being signed for in person. You do not need to worry about the delivery arrangements.
*Express GoGoVan delivery is a vehicle-side delivery. The charge does not include door-to-door delivery. Customers need to negotiate with the driver to pay an additional charge, which depends on the weight and volume of the goods. Generally, the driver will charge a surcharge of about $300~$600.

Special arrangements due to bad weather
When a gale signal is hoisted, a red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or the company deems that it is unsafe to make deliveries, the delivery service will be suspended and resumed as soon as possible under safe conditions and with minimal delays, but the original delivery date may be rescheduled.
