Additional costs
Stairs fee: If you need to move the goods to a floor that is not directly accessible by the elevator, please contact us in advance and pay the stair fees. The fee will be calculated as a percentage of the total product price based on the number of steps on the floor, as follows:

GoGoVan charges: If you choose the fast delivery service provided by GoGoVan, the delivery fee will be collected by the driver on site at the time of delivery. This service is available for same-day delivery on weekdays and is calculated at GoGoVan's current rates.
