Additional fees
Staircase Fee: If you require your goods to be moved to a floor not directly accessible by elevator, please contact us in advance and pay the staircase fee. The fee will be calculated as a percentage of the total product price based on the number of steps to the floor, as detailed below:

GoGoVan Pricing: If you choose GoGoVan's express delivery service, the fare will be collected by the driver on-site upon delivery. This service applies to same-day delivery on weekdays and is calculated at GoGoVan's current rates.
