Unless the goods are defective or damaged, all sold goods are not eligible for exchange or return. The return and exchange arrangement does not apply to goods damaged by customer's accident or negligence or incorrect use. Out-of-stock returns will not be accepted after 24 hours after receipt.

Return and exchange procedure

  • Each order can only be returned or exchanged once, and the goods must be unused and retain their original packaging.
  • If the product is a set, the entire set must be returned together, and the gifts included with the purchase must also be returned.
  • If the replacement product is not in stock, the customer can only exchange it for other products of equal value.
  • If the customer has any questions after receiving the goods, please report them within 7 days after receipt so that we can provide support.

Return shipping and handling

To protect the interests of customers, it is recommended to use a shipping company with shipment tracking service or a prepaid express delivery service to send returned products. All return shipping charges must be borne by the customer. After receiving the customer's return package, the company will complete the return and exchange procedure within 7 working days.
