Returns and Refunds

If there is a problem with the product or an error occurs during delivery, you can apply for a return or refund based on the following circumstances:

out of stock

If the product is out of stock, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours after receiving the product so that we can arrange the necessary support and follow-up processing.


Wrong delivery or damaged merchandise

If the product is wrong or damaged during delivery, please keep the original packaging intact and contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange a return or refund.


Return and Exchange Process

If you are returning a set of products, please return the entire set.

All returned items must be new, unused and in their original packaging.

We will review your return or exchange application. If it meets the return or exchange criteria, we will arrange for logistics to collect the problematic product at your door.


Order Cancellation

This policy applies to unshipped orders. If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@epackbox.com and note the following terms:

Once the order is cancelled, we will deduct 150 yuan for administrative fees and return the remaining balance after deducting the fees.

This policy does not apply to made-to-order items.
