Returns and Refunds

If there is a problem with the product or an error occurs during delivery, you can apply for a return, exchange, or refund based on the following circumstances:

out of stock

If you encounter any stock shortages, please take a photo and contact us within 24 hours of receiving the goods so that we can arrange the necessary support and follow-up processing.


Delivery error or damaged goods

If the goods are found to be incorrect or damaged during shipping, please keep the original packaging intact and contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods to arrange for a return, exchange, or refund.


Return and exchange process

If the item being returned or exchanged is a set, please return the entire set together.

All returned or exchanged items must be in brand new, unused condition and retain their original packaging.

We will review your return or exchange request. If it meets the return or exchange criteria, we will arrange for logistics to pick up the problematic goods from your door.


Order cancellation

This policy applies to orders that have not yet been shipped. To cancel your order, please contact us at support@epackbox.com and please note the following terms:

Once the order is confirmed to be cancelled, we will deduct an administrative fee of 150 yuan and refund the balance after deducting the fee.

This policy does not apply to custom-made goods.
