Is Epackbox reliable?

Epackbox is an online wholesaler of packaging materials and cardboard boxes, suitable for relocation, logistics, packaging, e-commerce shipping, and other applications. Products are sold in stock at their Fanling warehouse. Orders placed online will be delivered by their own fleet of vehicles.


How to buy

Buy online and have it delivered to your door

The purchasing process is simple: just select the product on the website, add it to your cart, and follow the prompts to checkout.
Our door-to-door delivery service covers all commercial and residential properties in Hong Kong, including all village houses, remote areas, Ma Wan, Lantau Island, airport restricted areas, and more.
*Addresses in tenement buildings or those requiring carrying up stairs may incur additional stair and carrying fees. It is recommended to check delivery details via Whatsapp before purchasing.


Payment methods

Epackbox website only accepts credit card payments. For other payment methods, please contact us via Whatsapp to make arrangements.


Delivery method

Epackbox offers basic door-to-door delivery service via its own fleet, with delivery times ranging from 1 to 4 business days.
*In addition, we also offer GoGoVan delivery service. Orders placed on weekday mornings will be shipped out in Fanling that same afternoon. The driver will collect the delivery fee in cash on the spot, and the transaction will be completed on the ground.


Check shipping costs and delivery time

We offer basic door-to-door delivery service for a fee of only 50 yuan, with free delivery for orders over 500 yuan, and delivery within 1-4 business days.
*GoGovan offers same-day delivery. Fares are calculated based on distance, and the driver collects payment in cash on the spot; payment is made at the ground. We ship from Fanling. You can check delivery fees on the GoGoVan website .


Self-pickup at the store

Epackbox is an online packaging wholesaler with no physical stores. Packaging materials are bulky and difficult to handle, so for the convenience of customers, products are delivered directly to their door by logistics.


Product Inventory Status

All products in our online store are in stock, so you can buy with confidence. If a product is out of stock, its status will show as sold out.

How to track orders


After you place your order on the website, you will receive an email confirming successful payment, and we will process your order as soon as possible.

You will receive an email notification when your order is ready for shipment.


How to cancel an order

To cancel your order, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Please note that once the cancellation is confirmed, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs and related processing fees (if applicable). We can refund up to 70% of the order amount (excluding custom-made items).


What to do if there is a problem with the order?

If there are any issues with your order, please contact our customer service via WhatsApp immediately, and we will resolve your problem as soon as possible.
If the product is defective or damaged, please contact us via WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the goods, explain the problem, and attach relevant photos if possible.
